I have spent 16 years designing enterprise CRM and customer engagement systems for organisations across logistics, retail, financial services, and telecommunications. For most of that time the work was about getting the fundamentals right - data models, integration architecture, platform governance, delivery at scale.
The last three years have changed what the fundamentals mean. AI is not a feature you add to a CRM. It changes how the system should be designed at its foundation - how it reasons, how it surfaces insight, how it connects signal to action.
RectifyCX is where I work through those ideas. Not as a vendor with something to sell, but as an architect who has spent long enough with these systems to have a view on what they get wrong and what a better model looks like.
